What's actually good

Avoid
Booking under-90-min connections at peak (DFW operates huge banks of AA flights โ terminal walks add up). Driving to/from DFW during rush โ 161 + 183 jam reliably. Renting a car at the airport vs. Love Field if you're city-bound (off-airport rates often half). Underestimating distances โ DFW is bigger than Manhattan.
