Frequently asked questions

Everything people commonly ask about Pyflo. If your question isn't here email agent@pyflo.com.

What is Pyflo?

Pyflo takes plain-language questions and returns a step-by-step answer plus the products you need. Under the hood it uses Claude Sonnet 4.6 and a curated product-link system that picks stores appropriate to your country.

Is Pyflo free?

Yes. No account, no paywall. We make money via affiliate commissions on product clicks and display ads from Google AdSense.

Do I need an account?

No. Pyflo works anonymously. Your browser gets a random per-device identifier in localStorage so your queue position and credits survive a reload.

Are my questions private?

Yes. Pyflo never publishes queries to search engines and doesn't attach them to an identity. Each answer gets an unguessable 32-character share URL only you see unless you share it.

Why is there a queue?

Pyflo runs on one GPU plus cloud models. Requests queue. You see your position and can spend credits to jump ahead. You never lose credits on our errors — failed answers refund two.

How accurate are answers?

Internal quality score averages 7+/10 for how-to, cooking, repair and shopping questions. For medical, legal, financial decisions — see a licensed professional.

Why are cookware links Amazon-first but grocery links local-first?

You don't buy buttermilk from Amazon. Our link ordering reflects the category.

Can I share an answer?

Yes. 'Copy share link' on every answer gives you pyflo.com/s/<token>. The token is unguessable.

Do you show ads on sensitive queries?

No. Questions about alcohol, cannabis, gambling, tobacco, self-harm, weapons and other restricted categories never trigger ads. Some also bypass the solver entirely and route to crisis resources.

Who built Pyflo?

A small independent team in Calgary, Canada.
