Terms of Service

Welcome to Pyflo. By using pyflo.com or any Pyflo-operated service (collectively "Pyflo"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Pyflo.

1. What Pyflo is

Pyflo is an AI-powered question-and-answer service. You type a plain-language question; we return a generated answer plus suggested products and links. Answers are generated by large language models (Anthropic Claude, among others) and are for informational purposes. They are not professional advice — see Section 5.

2. Who can use Pyflo

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pyflo. Some topics (alcohol, cannabis, gambling, and other age-regulated areas) require that you confirm you're 19 or older (or the legal age in your region). Pyflo will ask you to confirm before showing content in those categories; misrepresenting your age is a breach of these Terms.

3. What you can do

• Ask questions and read the answers for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share answers via the unique /s/<token> links Pyflo generates.
• Click through to retailer and brand links.
• Apply Pyflo answers in your own life freely, subject to Section 5.

4. What you can't do

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Pyflo answers — this includes automated queries designed to mine the answer corpus. Legitimate API access is available; email us.
• Submit queries intended to harm others (bomb instructions, targeted harassment, malware development, circumvention of account security).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or overwhelm rate limits, queue ordering, or the credit system.
• Impersonate Pyflo, its staff, or other users.
• Republish Pyflo-generated answers at scale without attribution.
• Use Pyflo answers to train competing AI models without written consent.

5. No warranty — this is the important part

Pyflo answers are generated by machine learning models that sometimes get things wrong. In particular:

• Medical: Not medical advice. For anything involving your body, a medication, or a child, consult a licensed professional.
• Legal / financial / tax: Not legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional.
• Structural / electrical / gas work: Some repairs legally require a licensed tradesperson — Pyflo will flag this where we can, but the responsibility is yours.
• Dangerous activities: If the activity could hurt you or damage property, follow official guidance, not ours.
• Products: Prices, availability, and product models change. Verify on the retailer's site before purchasing.

PYFLO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyflo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Pyflo. Total liability in any case is capped at CAD $100 or the amount you paid Pyflo in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual property

The Pyflo software, brand, and site design are ours. Answers are generated text; we don't claim copyright in the output you receive. Third-party trademarks (Amazon, Walmart, Adidas, etc.) belong to their owners. Our use of these marks in product recommendations is editorial / nominative fair use.

8. Third-party services

Pyflo uses Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Anthropic Claude, and retailer affiliate programs. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms. See our advertising disclosure and privacy policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means acceptance. If you disagree with a change, stop using Pyflo.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using Pyflo at any time. Sections 5–7 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Alberta.
