What kind of email helps:

• Bug reports — what you searched, what you expected, what you got. Screenshots welcome.
• Bad answers — copy the share URL (the pyflo.com/s/… link below the answer) and tell us what was off. We use these to improve the system.
• Product / store partnerships — we add affiliate stores when they make sense for our users. Tell us which retailer + region.
• Press / media — happy to talk about the design philosophy, queue model, or privacy posture.
• Legal / takedown — see our Terms and Privacy Policy; for DMCA / takedown specifically, mention "DMCA" in the subject line.

What we don't do

We don't operate a phone line, live chat, or paid support tier. Pyflo is free to use; if you want to support the project, click through one of our affiliate links the next time you buy something — that's how we keep the lights on.

Response times

Most emails get a response the same day during Calgary business hours (MT, UTC-7 / UTC-6 DST). On weekends and holidays it can take 2-3 days. If something is urgent and you haven't heard back in a week, please re-send the email — sometimes things slip past the inbox.
